SHIPPING

Please keep in mind that items in our shop include items from both in-stock and print-by-order, that means you’ll be receiving two separate shipments. Keep your eyes open for two separate tracking numbers!

Once your order has been placed and received, the usual processing time is 24-48 hours, depending on the availability status of your item.
(If there is a delay or back-order on any item in your order, we will let you know immediately.)

Once your order is prepared, you’ll receive a tracking notification which will include your tracking number. Your tracking number should update immediately whenever there’s new activity recorded. However, carriers have been delayed with those updates, so give it up to 24 hours for your tracking number to show activity.

Shipping costs will be displayed on your check-out page and are calculated by size & weight of the item(s) you are purchasing, and by destination.

US DOMESTIC SHIPPING

Once your item is shipped and received by the carrier, US domestic orders should arrive within 2-7 business days under normal conditions.
(Carrier exceptions may occur during holidays and weather impact.)

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Once your item is shipped and received by the carrier, international orders should arrive within 5-21 business days under normal conditions.
(Carrier exceptions may occur during holidays and weather impact.)

The tracking number provided will eventually transfer to a local carrier, so please keep in mind that the tracking number may change or tracking your package may be on a different website.

Orders going into South America, Asia, and the Middle East may take up to 3 months to be delivered.

Upon arrival in your country at Border Protection, customs may charge you extra import duties. Your item should already include all duties, taxes and freight. However, some orders in the past were still held at customs for additional fees to be paid.
We do everything in our power to ensure that there are no added charges to your order when it arrives in your country.

We do apologize if this happens to your order but unfortunately, import taxes & fees are set by each country individually and we are not in control and it is up to your country’s postal carrier how it will be handled once arriving.

RETURNS

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Most of our items are returnable, the only exceptions are our digital downloads. If purchasing a digital product, we do not offer returns, refunds or exchanges.
Any other item may be returned or exchanged under the condition of it being unworn and in the original packaging.

RETURN COST

In case you need to return something, we will ask you to cover the return costs.

30 DAYS TO RETURN

Any of our non-digital items are eligable for returns or exchanges if in unworn condition and within original packaging.
Please contact us if this should occur. Certain exceptions may apply on a situational based return/ exchange approval process.
